844-882-6141How billing works depends on what type of service you chose. Most of our services are subscription based. Purchasing a subscription means that you make a payment on the day you sign up for the service and then agree to make additional recurring payments each month. Payment plans may auto-renew, and you are responsible for payments until you cancel your account.
A first work fee will be charged after signing up for our services for your initial work completed. If a client is on the monthly plan, the monthly fee will be charged 30 days after the first work fee.
We also offer one-time payment plans, which provide you services for a specified period of time. You will be billed a single time for those services and receive a discount for making a one-time payment. This is not a subscription service and will not auto-renew.
