In order to stop services, we need to receive a completed cancellation form from you. Cancellations are effective as of the next billing date after the cancellation is received. The cancellation form does not end your obligation to pay for any services you have already received, including non-utilized subscription services, but will end your obligation to pay for any services that would start after the next scheduled billing.
Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before your next billing. We will send you a cancellation form to sign and you will be required to pay any outstanding balances.
